The service of your repairman Jure Vultić from Sisak is unacceptable and humiliating for you. I reported a heat pump malfunction on 23.03.2025 and the malfunction has not yet been fixed. He says he has notified his superiors and is waiting for your response. Today is 27.06.2025. Catastrophic!
Two young and good workers came to install the air conditioner at my home. The lamb turned around and bought a crate for the workers, but these professionals wouldn't listen to any of it. I even think they were a little offended. Quiet, fast and efficient. I had to chase them to give them money. Guys, all the best
