On their website, select Become a client, and for the Brokerage Services Agreement under Attachments they ask for, I quote - A copy of the bank account card. They say they have the legal right to verify the IBAN, yes - with a confirmation of the client's IBAN from the bank and not by tricking people into giving them both sides of the bank card, which is what scammers do when they fraudulently withdraw money from someone's account.
