Very unprofessional experience with this law office. I contacted them requesting a paid legal consultation. Since I live in another EU country, I clearly explained the situation and asked for a professional legal opinion that I was ready to pay for. Instead of a clear answer, I was ignored for more than 15 days. When I called the office several times, I received contradictory explanations — first they said they didn’t receive my email, then that they did and would reply in a day or two, then again that they couldn’t find it. At one point I was told to call back in 10 minutes, and when I did, I was told to call the next day because they had a client. If this is how they treat potential clients who are simply asking for a paid legal consultation, it raises serious concerns about how they treat their actual clients. The communication I experienced was unprofessional, inconsistent and far below the ethical and professional standards expected from a law office.
