After having issues with 2 plumbers, he did more than any human would do and actually called my last plumber even though he was on a sick leave, to figure out the problem, gave me the number of plumbers that he knew could get the job done, and wanted to know the result of the job they did. he want beyond any reasonable expectation, and brought me the guys that very professionally sorted out the problem in like 10 minutes, while the guy before was in my house for like 5 hours unable to do the job, was also a very pleasant experience talking with him. 15/10
