Had an excellent experience with Happy Rentals. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to book a stay in Zagreb/ anywhere. Very professional and priced well.
We booked "West Oasis with Terrace" in Zagreb. Upon arrival, we found no key in the self check-in key box. After calling, the owner, Josip from Happy Rentals Croatia, showed up 1.5 hours later—at 10 p.m.—offering excuse after excuse. When he arrived and opened the door with a spare key, there was a naked man sleeping inside. Josip suggested removing the man and letting us sleep in the unclean apartment. We were forced to spend the night in a much too small apartment. They also completely mishandled the refund process. Worst trip of our lives
Nice little office with high quality furniture. If this office space could welcome pets with a bowl of water, that would be cool 😎.
Very nice proffesional people. They take care of our two apartments, bookings, check in / out, cleaning and maintenace. 5 star service.
They do Not fullfill their Agreements, nice words, friendly face, end of the day they cheated us, we started Legal Action. Also we will inform the european customs and Tax authorities, to Check about Money washing system Swiss - Europe
