I just found my dream apartment thanks to the amazing work of Ena Ivančić. She was so caring and helpful throughout the whole search, always making herself available when I needed her.

A scam! Avoid them! A flat which is advertised for 171.000 on their own website suddenly becomes 210.000. When I asked why, the answer is because it includes the garage too. I said so is the garage costing 40,000 euros? She said no but the original price was before it was fully constructed. I told her that’s the price I see on the website right now. Then she changed her story and said yes you can consider the garage to be 40,000 euros then. So a total scam. Avoid this agency. Update: After posting this review, The owner then contacted me to try to convince me the price included 2 garage spaces when in the ad and over a call the agent told me it’s for 1 space. Moreover the owner even told me I’m frustrated multiple times. I’m not sure telling your clients they are frustrated is very professional but that kind of sums up how this agency deals with its clients.

I had a fantastic experience using Euro Villa to find a 6 month rental in Split. Ivan Didovic was particularly helpful in answering all my questions, sending me the contract and details of the rental and ensuring that I have everything I need to make my decision.
