I recently booked a reservation for one of their properties in Croatia. I had to cancel due to a serious injury that prevented my husband from traveling. Despite the non refundable nature of my rate LUVA staff went out of their way to get me a full refund. They were exceptionally kind during a difficult time and i really appreciated it.
In short: if you need to book a villa in Croatia this is the place to do it
