Unfortunately, the experience with this agency was not positive. After we toured the apartment, we did not receive any feedback. We contacted the agent several times, but did not receive any responses to our calls or messages. We would have expected at least basic communication and professionalism, which unfortunately we did not receive. I cannot recommend this agency.
Jako neprofesionalni I neodgovorni. Ne odgovaraju ni na pozive ni mailove . Very irresponsible and unprofessional. Total ignorance towards a potential customer. Now they are concerned about my review and responding promptly. Still though no response to my emails and messages.
