The owner of this agency is an awful woman to deal with. Nasty, condescending. I would never do business with her again after being lied to about tenant rights. Her daughter Andrea is ok.
We've been dealing with Maja on several occasions through rentals and lately with a sale of our appartment. Both deals happened quickly. Metropola is established and very well connected agency in the city. Dealing with Maja is professional when we talk business, but also pleasant and fun when we drink coffee together. Definitely 5 stars from me.
Always a pleasure to deal with Andrea. Her level of professionalism and customer service is exceptional. I was able to secure accommodation in Zagreb with minimal effort. Thanks again and keep up the excellent work 🙂
I came to Zagreb to work with my wife from Istanbul and needed to find an apartment. Metropola found the perfect place which my wife dreamed of, in a short time. They work really professional and their staffs’ approach is so kind and helpful. Just say what you want and leave rest of it to them.
Highly recommend. Very professional and reliable. My agent was Maja and she was extraordinary. The properties she showed me topped off all other options I had until then. She even significantly lowered a couple hundred euros all the way down fit to my budget. Great negotiator! I LOVE my appartment so much, and it's all thanks to Maja and her team. I recommend to contact them and ask any questions. They'll answer/ show you with better options beyond your expectation :) At least that's what happened to me.
