Our experience with our agent, Danijela, and with Opereta was excellent from start to finish. She was kind, flexible, and patient, always taking the time to support us throughout the entire process. Don't sign anything with them!!! Never! They don't know anything about the apartment they are selling, don't put even minimum effort to know the details about it, yet they will take the seller and the buyer bigger amount of money. They make big promises until you sign the contract.... don't fall for that fake kindness. Avoid them.
We worked with Opereta to sell a building plot on an island in Dalmatia and were extremely happy with the whole process. Since we are not from Croatia and the laws are different form back home, having a reliable agency was essential and Opereta supported us every step of the way, even with legal questions. They prepared all contracts and other documents, handled marketing and coordinated appointments, so in the end all we had to do was sign at the notary. They were responsive, solution-oriented, and made us feel well taken care of throughout. We've worked with other estate agents before, but Opereta is definitely our No. 1 choice. Very customer-focused and professional. if we buy or sell property in Croatia again, we'll definitely work with Opereta again.
