Unprofessional! They sent the cooperation contract within 3 minutes, and the photographer for the photo shoot never came back, nor did they contact us regarding the same. There are two serious agencies to recommend: Libra res and Eurovilla
The personalized approach of the Regent agency made the search for a home an extremely positive experience. All praise to the young team, Luka and Tara. Professional, approachable, at the same time passionate and refined, with a 'touch'. 🌸🌺
It is MANDATORY to read the mediation agreement before signing. They tell you one thing during mediation (they tell you the amount of their commission, which is usually the amount of one rent) and they don't say that additional VAT is paid on top of that. So you are usually surprised when they give you the bill.
A big refresh on the Croatian real estate market!!! A completely new approach to real estate brokerage, with a wide range of services, marketing, and accessible and professional licensed agents, who will make it easier for you to choose, buy, sell or rent a property. 🙌
Best Real Estate Agency in Croatia.
