Resident Nekretnine

Ivan is professional, quick and very knowledgeable in his field. We worked with him during the purchase process of an apartment and we were very pleased with his work. I would gladly recommend his services.

The agency helped me enormously with solicitation and mediation of a peace of land. They gathered crucial and comprehensive information needed for the process. Nevertheless to mention, that some of these were not easy to find. Whole proces was very pragmatic and eficacius. Money well earned.

Ivan is the professional you need if you have to deal with real estate. He was quick to help me secure a very nice office at attractive location for a great price. I can't recommend him enough!

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ivan Subota for the exceptional professionalism and patience he exhibited during the sale of my property in Zagreb. Living outside of Croatia has made the process of selling a property quite challenging for me. However, I consider myself fortunate to have been introduced to Mr. Subota, who has been instrumental in helping me navigate this challenge. While I have previously engaged the services of real estate agencies, the level of service quality and support I received this time, under the guidance of Mr. Subota, was unparalleled. Mr. Ivan Subota is a true asset to his company, representing it in the most commendable light. His work is a testament to his dedication and commitment, and he should take great pride in his accomplishments, as they are well-deserved.

Ivan at Resident Nekretnine helped me with the sale of an apartment last year. He got me a much better price than I expected and did a great job on marketing with nice photos and website listings. The sale was completed in a very short time from the initial listing. Would recommend for any property sale/purchase.
