Complete disappointment in communication. I had to write and call multiple times, with reminders, just to get a response after 3–4 days of silence. We then scheduled an apartment viewing, only for them to cancel it two hours before the appointment, after we had rearranged our entire day around it, because “the apartment isn’t ready.” I own multiple properties in Zagreb and have worked with several agencies. This is definitely not one I would use or recommend.

Extremely satisfied with the cooperation with agent Luka from Zavas agency. From the first contact, Luka left an excellent impression – professional, thorough and always available for all questions, regardless of the time of day. The entire process of buying a property, which initially seemed complicated to me, went extremely smoothly thanks to his approach. All documentation, procedures and steps were clearly explained in advance, without any surprises. I especially appreciate that I never felt pressured – Luka patiently answered every question and always put my interests first. Zavas agency and Luka are a true example of what real estate brokerage should look like. I highly recommend them to everyone!

The guys were extremely professional and helped me find the apartment I've been looking for for a few years in a short amount of time. They were available whenever I called them and had a solution for every problem I had and an answer to every question, and there were a lot of them. It's really nice to see such young guys trying so hard! Every recommendation from me! I don't have words, if there were 10 stars I would leave 10.
