Izuzetno sam zadovoljna uslugom! Novi madrac su pažljivo prevezli i, zbog zahtjevnog pristupa, podigli preko terase na kat bez ikakvih problema. Stari madrac su uredno zaštitili prije transporta. Sve je odrađeno profesionalno, brzo i s velikom pažnjom prema stvarima. Ekipa je ljubazna, točna i pouzdana. Svakako ih preporučujem svima kojima treba kvalitetna usluga selidbe i prijevoza!

I am very satisfied with the service provided. I sent my items from Zagreb to Jakarta (door to door), and it took over 2 months (mid March to early June). Thank you Maja, for your assistance during the shipping process and for the excellent cooperation with the AGS Jakarta team. The items were received in good condition without any defects or damage. Highly recommended.

Based on my experience relocating from Italy to Ivory Coast with AGS, I can say the overall service was mixed tending to good. The central coordination was good—I found it to be responsive, always available, and knowledgeable during the commercial phase and throughout the exchange of information during the whole process; however, there was a failure regarding a mandatory customs certificate, which had initially been presented as fully handled by AGS, but was only recognized as an issue at the last minute, causing significant delays to both air and sea shipments. The packing service at origin in Milan was very poor, with unprofessional staff, lack of supervision, and inadequate care leading to damages. In contrast, the destination service in Abidjan was excellent: the local team proved highly competent, proactive in dealing with complex (and at times arbitrary) Ivorian customs procedures, and professional in delivery. Overall, I would recommend if destination is Ivory Coast; i.e.: should I need the service in the future for this destination I would choose AGS again; however, if the departure is Italy I recommend tight supervision and continuous follow up of operations at origin.

Extremly efficient, proffessional and most of alll respect the clients and are open to help, assist and give advice. The biggedt respect to the equipe moving me in in my appartement in Zagreb center to the 3rd floor -like 4th-in an old building wuthout elevator. I had a great experience with the moving of my furniture from Croatia to France. Everything was handled very professionally, both administratively and logistically. Even though the price offered was about 20% lower than other companies on the market, the service was efficient and punctual. Special thanks to Maja and all the movers for their excellent work!
