First they exceeded the agreed installation deadline by a month and when the installers finally showed up at the address they told me they couldn't install the panels because they didn't know I had Istrian tiles on my roof and that they don't install panels on such tiles!?!?!?! And I communicated all the important information related to the roof to the sales representative back in February. And the sales representative doesn't have the courage to call me personally and say that he screwed up, but instead sends some kind of chat gpt excuses. They took me 3 months because I guess they can. Avoid these fog salesmen.
