Everything went quickly and without the slightest problem, the blender was taken over for repair by a nice lady, I can only recommend it.
Friendly and efficient service. I had a broken vaccum cleaner hose of an old model. They tried out several fixtures and one of them worked! If you are like me and like repairing broken stuff rather than buying new ones, I highly recommend their service. They do not accept credit cards but I could do an online bank transfer via my phone.
It's unbelievable what kind of attitude you can still encounter today. I found the company online and visited them on February 16, 2024. The lady at the reception was nice, they took my order (Krups coffee machine), saying that they would hear from me within a week. Then I said something like, okay, but it's far away, so I'll come as soon as possible. The service guy was just walking by and asked where he came from. I said about 80 km, to the Hodonín region. Without hesitation and the work he had on his mind, he told me to go for an hour or two and they would call me as soon as it was done. They fixed the coffee machine, it's still running like clockwork, the price was great, not to mention the attitude. If the repair wasn't worth it, they'll let you know, of course. A big thank you to the whole team and great respect. More people and companies like that....

Repair of Robo vacuum cleaner for warranty service, at the place of complaint directly at the dealer. Great and nice arrangement. Repair definitely in favor of the client, which is not always the case when you complain directly at the electronics dealer. Eternal advice and most importantly PARKING directly at the entrance to the service. I will not complain anywhere else if it is possible. Thank you.
