Absolutely satisfied! Mr. Küfhaber was willing to come the next day and arrived earlier than the agreed time frame, so I didn't have to stay at home until one. The gentleman is nice, fast, he did everything in less than twenty minutes, the price is very reasonable, I definitely recommend it, if something ever happens to our washing machine again, I will definitely call him!
He doesn't have an exact appointment time, just a range. We agreed between the 10th and 12th, the technician arrived at 9:40. He wasn't here by 10 and canceled the whole repair If you want to be sure that someone will arrive and arrive at the agreed time - find someone else
