I needed a belt for my washing machine, they had a replacement and it was as cheap as online.
Horrible service!!!! Super unprofessionals !!! The technician came to our place to check the washing machine which was licking the water, it’s just took him literally 90 seconds to give us 847 CZK (450 CZK was for travel, while we live on the city centre) bill and tell us that price for the repair was 6 000 CZK. While customer service told us that estimated price for visit was only 30 CZK . NOT RECOMMENDED
I would put zero star if it exist !!! One of the worst experience ever. My wife made an order that wasn't correct, I after I went there to find the correct part, the lady at the reception was horrible and not polite at all, and shouting all the time. Even with my patience and my average czech I wanted to get it done. Showed them a photo of the damaged part, gave them the washing mache Serial number.Nothing!!!some random guy came, but of course sided with the lady. How can they treat customer like this. Very bad !!!
The service is very good, it would be better to have someone that could speak a basic english!
