We had our first feeling of embarrassment about KEEO already during the initial proposals — for example, when they suggested that we enter the bedroom through the laundry room. Later, we were told that the resulting study was a “cat and dog” in their opinion, because we combined parts of their two proposals and added something ourselves. However, they published the original variant on their website, which only reinforced the feeling that they had no doubts about the correctness of their proposals. Despite our initial doubts, we continued with the project with them (unfortunately, my partner convinced me), even though they were significantly more expensive than the competition. If we could decide again, we definitely would not have approached KEEO for the design of our house. After almost 2.5 years since the beginning of our cooperation, we still have not even started construction. After consulting with experts, we discovered serious problems in the design of the waterproofing of the house on the slope. The quality of the project documentation is currently being assessed by a court expert and we are forced to have the project reworked. Their sovereignty in defending their own proposals knows no bounds. This means a huge waste of time, energy and money for us. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed and disgusted with the cooperation.

I would like to share a very positive experience with the preparation of an architectural study for our development project. The team of architects perfectly captured our original vision and managed to transform it into a well-thought-out, functional and architecturally high-quality design. From the very beginning, it was clear that they really listened to what the client wanted. Not only did they respect our requirements, but they also came up with their own ideas and recommendations that significantly moved the project forward. The resulting study exactly matches our ideas and also reflects the technical, urbanistic and economic context of the development project. I also really appreciate their approach to me as a client – ​​they were extremely helpful, willing to explain everything in detail, and responded quickly and flexibly to comments and changes. The cooperation was professional, open and at the same time human, which is a huge added value for such complex projects. I can recommend the architectural studio with a clear conscience to anyone looking for a partner who can understand the client's vision, sensitively develop it and lead it to a high-quality and meaningful solution. We had an architectural study prepared for a new family home, which will be located on a complex slope - a very difficult task. We found KEEO through reviews that did not lie. Their solution, imagination and design of the entire study exceeded our expectations and fantasies. The house was designed with real heart, in detail and very practically, exactly according to our ideas and with many improvements in minimalist design, so-called neither too much nor too little.
