We approached Mr. Sedláček and his colleagues from SENAA in 2018 because we wanted to design a Scandinavian-style wooden house in the middle of nature. We chose them because their designs on the website appealed to us and after the first meeting it was clear to us that we were lucky and found architects who share our vision of housing and lifestyle. After regular consultations of our wishes, Mr. Sedláček designed the appearance of the house, which we liked and gradually adjusted according to the requirements of the authorities. After a few months, we had a finished design of the house, including the interiors, and everything was processed into a great visualization. Mr. Sedláček literally spent almost 4 years with us, which led to moving into our house, because the wait for permits and bureaucracy took a really long time. He also helped us a lot with the necessary documents. After that, he also supervised our construction and consulted on everything related to the construction. He was always able to explain everything clearly, give advice and talk things through if we came up with an unrealistic idea. We can't even imagine how the construction would have turned out without his involvement. He was not only a great support professionally, but also psychologically when something didn't go perfectly. We are extremely satisfied with the work of the architects at SENAA. Everyone admires the house and asks who designed it. We really enjoy living in it. Not only were the designs beautiful, but their approach is also really above standard. Polite behavior, smooth communication and genuine interest in clients/investors. We were in contact mainly with Mr. Sedláček and Mrs. Fűlőpová, but we want to thank not only them, but the entire office. As for the price, we have to say that people in our area paid more for architects and received half the service we got from SENAA.
