Completely professional! I highly recommend it. From start to finish, excellent customer service, with professional answers to all questions. I'll check the workmanship; the bathroom was left spotless, and everything was explained thoroughly and simply to older bathtub users. :) For comparison, here's a photo with the door and one from before. The bathtub looks much better. We also ordered handles and a non-slip coating installed. Both decisions were excellent. The handles are very strong and stable, and the coating is definitely better than the pads we used before! The parents are very happy :)
