Dryout

I can definitely recommend the services of Mr. Drška from Dryout s.r.o. I just needed a consultation regarding a cellar ventilation solution, nothing special, but I wanted to discuss it with an expert. The consultation took place via e-mail and phone, Mr. Drška requested additional information and photos, evaluated everything, gave advice and willingly answered all my questions.

We received a recommendation for Mr. Engineer Jan Drška from Dryout, which only confirmed that nowadays work can be done professionally, with quality and at the same time with enthusiasm. We have probably never experienced such a helpful and professional approach during the entire solution of the problem. At the beginning, the agreement was quick. After Mr. Drška arrived, the object was evaluated and the options were discussed. The result was a comprehensive report that documented all the procedures that would be appropriate to do to achieve the result we had imagined. I consider contacts with companies that Mr. Drška works with to be very important. In our case, it was about recuperation and application of a special thermal insulation coating that was applied from the inside of the house. Mr. Drška supervised the process the entire time and at the end, he evaluated the entire event and officially handed it over. Thank you very much and we highly recommend it.

I asked for help with the takeover of the property and I was really surprised by the pleasant and proactive behavior. I really appreciate that Mr. Drška names the facts found as they are and is really precise in the inspection. I highly recommend

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with Mr. Drška and the Dryout company. After an accident at our neighbors' house, we had a damp wall and we needed to prepare an assessment for the insurance company as quickly as possible. Mr. Drška arrived quickly, was professional and efficient. He thoroughly measured the wall's moisture, analyzed the situation and wrote up all the necessary documentation for the insurance company. We appreciate his professional and human approach. We highly recommend the Dryout company and Mr. Drška to anyone who needs a quick and reliable solution.

I engaged Mr. Jan Drška of Dryout s.r.o. for a pre-purchase technical inspection of an apartment in Brno, and the experience exceeded expectations. From the start, mr. Drška was punctual, friendly, and highly professional. Communication with him was easy and fast, and he was very clear and responsive. He conducted a meticulous inspection. He measured humidity and moisture in all areas, assessed the construction status, and carefully identified defects such as cracks, scratches, and water leakages. He took extensive photos and took the time to explain each finding in detail in English. What stood out was Mr. Drška's honesty and breadth of perspective. He did not limit his assessment to the apartment. He also evaluated the building’s condition and offered informed observations about the history of the building and the neighborhood. This broader view was very helpful for making a confident decision. Mr. Drška's pricing is very reasonable and a fraction of the apartment cost. The peace of mind he provides is worth much more. If you are considering a property in Brno, I strongly recommend arranging his inspection before you buy. Doing it after the fact could mean discovering issues you wish you had known earlier. I would gladly use Dryout again and recommend them without hesitation.
