I had a great experience with ERKADO – quick and clear communication from the start, delivery without delay. The doors look really elegant, they are sturdy and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they isolate noise from other rooms. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND! We have not had such a crazy experience with a seller like Erkado for a long time, or perhaps never before. If you want to avoid disappointment, poor quality of goods, delays in the entire reconstruction thanks to Erkado, please buy doors from another seller. We bought 5 doors including covers: 2 covers arrived incorrectly (without holes for hinges), the toilet lock arrived on the wrong side, in some places the covers or doors were scratched and masked with wax, 2 doors arrived with peel-off foil (bottom and top) - we requested the delivery of new ones and again both doors arrived new with peel-off foil - we requested the delivery of new doors a second time and, surprisingly, the 3rd batch of doors also arrived with peel-off foil. One naively thinks that if you complain about something, then the new goods will arrive in order, unfortunately this is not the case with Erkado. They obviously go for quantity and not quality. Many thanks to Erkado, that even after a month we still haven't received a door that would finally be in order. After how many attempts of complaint will the door arrive ok? On the 5th or 10th attempt or not at all? Regardless of the fact that you no longer want to return the defective doors and thus create costs and worries for us to get rid of the doors. How much we regret now that we decided in favor of Erkado, and we will definitely discourage everyone else from buying from you.
