I needed to quickly solve the problem of laying vinyl flooring, leveling the base for vinyl in a 3+1 apartment, where the company I hired for the renovation started laying my floor on an uneven base and they told me that it was fine. I contacted several flooring companies and they all came to take a look and that was the end of it. I got a recommendation for SN Podlahy and that was something completely different!!!! fast communication, great professional approach. They came to take a look, they immediately told me what would need to be done, where the company made any mistakes, what they did for me in the renovation and how they would solve it for me so that it was correct and at the same time it looked good and was functional. I had a price quote by the second day and they started the next day. Everything was as we agreed. Perfectly and precisely done work. 200% satisfaction. From now on, I recommend SN Podlahy to everyone, because I haven't experienced such great communication, human approach, reliability, precision and professionalism, adherence to the agreement and deadline in a long time. AVOID THIS COMPANY! You will save yourself a lot of money, effort and energy. They are unreliable, do a bad job, do not communicate on the given phone numbers, or they are disconnected, you cannot reach them at any of the given addresses and they will emotionally blackmail you. We had a floor done by them for a lot of money and it was an absolute nightmare. They do not keep their deadlines. They promise to come and after a few hours of waiting the lady calls that she needs to be with the children, or that she is sick, etc. etc., however, if you try to contact them on the same days from another phone, you will get a message that they are abroad and you should call another time. The lady constantly emotionally blackmailed us by saying that she has to take care of the children and cannot come to do the work for which she was paid in advance. As a paying customer, I am not interested in that. She runs a business, she should be able to arrange it. If the children are sick, everyone can understand the exceptional situation, but it was always like this. When it finally came to the work itself, we cried over the result. We had large vinyl squares laid, which have a very inconspicuous pattern, but sometimes it is repeated and the lady did not think to do it a little aesthetically so that it was not like a fist in the eye. The squares are laid incorrectly and there are gaps of several millimeters between them, which of course collect dust. They were not even able to sweep the base before they started laying, so we have STONE under the floor in the middle of the room!!!!! The squares are not even in one plane and sometimes you can find a sharp protruding part. The lady sloppily trimmed it by hand around the walls, so in one place there was a gap of half a centimeter, in another 4 cm!!! They destroyed our doors and scratched the walls. They were not even able to smooth the space between the door frame and the floor properly, especially when the lady cut it by hand again. We of course complained about all of this and asked for immediate repairs. Again, they did not answer our phones and were not available. When they graciously came and saw all the defects we reported, the lady took the liberty of saying, and I quote: "I'm making a lot of things up." We had a recommendation for these people from a mutual friend and we still regret it to this day. Over time, he changed his mind and also wrote them a bad review, but at a time when we still expected work from them. This resulted in a barrage of threats and further emotional blackmail and the lady refused to do the repairs because she blamed us for the review. Finally, after several days of arguing, she graciously came and repaired everything with silicone, which wore out within a few weeks. It should also be noted that they use EXHAUSTED adhesives and silicones and we can already see that our floor is peeling in some places. The last issue we dealt with these people was skirting boards, but what they brought us was a mess of the worst class that you can rub off with your finger! So we refused that and agreed to fix it. In the end, we decided that we would rather make the skirting boards ourselves and better. The problem was that we had to choose ones that would be able to cover the several centimeter holes that the lady had created with her unprofessional approach, and also that they owed us money, they were paid in advance for the work and the material. We agreed on a discount for the damaged floor and that they would refund us the money for the skirting boards that we made ourselves. It has been more than half a year and no one has returned our money unexpectedly and all our attempts at communication have ended in a fiasco. We very much regret hiring this company. We lost a lot of money with a poorly laid floor, so I highly recommend that you all avoid this company. We can provide photos of the poorly done work on our floor upon request. I am completely satisfied with the company, they laid carpet tiles in our living room and it looks great. Professional approach, great communication, reasonable price, I have nothing to complain about. It is clear that the company has been doing its job for several years. We still need to replace the floors elsewhere in the apartment, so I will definitely contact them again. I highly recommend it!
