On behalf of our SVJ, we contacted FOLZA for roof reconstruction. A personal meeting took place on site in September 2025 and we immediately provided photographs and the necessary documents for processing the offer. Unfortunately, the communication was very lengthy. We had to repeatedly request a price quote (October, November, December, January) and the final documents only arrived after several months. In addition, the offer was only indicative, based on the old work report from 2022, without a detailed focus after visiting the property. After such a long time, we expected a more accurate and professional output. So for now, we have to react negatively, because we do not feel that we will see the expected result or the appropriate level of preparation in a reasonable time. — SVJ Pastrnkova
The initial concerns about the interior renovation of an older house quickly disappeared thanks to the amazing approach of Ing. Woytela and his team, who were not surprised by anything that gradually appeared under the surface of such an old house. Everything was always presented to me straight away, including a proposed solution, so I had no worries (and even no increase in the budget). The entire renovation went without any worries for me, Ing. Woytela ensured the coordination of all work and communication with waterworks, gasworks, etc. Thank you for your professionalism, reliability, pleasant dealings and the result of the construction work, which exceeded expectations.
