Worst service I have ever experienced. Cash only and this is stated nowhere on their website. I found out at the front desk after travelling there. When I pointed out that the information is missing from their site, the staff member simply told me the ATM was fifty metres away and refused to discuss it further. Of course no apology, no card, no bank transfer, no QR payment. That ATM charges foreign cards 100 to 169 CZK per withdrawal. So their undisclosed policy quietly adds a significant surcharge to every session for anyone visiting from abroad. I left without training. If you are a traveller, bring cash or go somewhere else.

Always a pleasant experience here. I’ve been going here for nearly a year now and have always productive exercise sessions. The staff is really professional and pleasant. The facilities are always clean and well-organized. Additionally, lockers are always available along with the provided keys. The equipment is well-maintained and there’s a large selection to choose from. Plus, they accept the MultiSport card, making it accessible for many employees within the city.

Very nice place of medium size but with absolutely everything that you could wish for for a good workout. It's well equipped, clean and tidy. The crowd are mainly young men but very relaxed and calm. You see many smiles. The staff are friendly and they speak excellent English. I came as a one-time visitor and felt very welcome. Will definitely come back upon my next stay in Brno.
