My favorite gym in Brno. Always tidy, great people. Sauna included in price of entry, fairly small but otherwise great 95°C - 105°C dry "Finnish style" sauna
I avoided this gym for a long time because it seemed too upscale and catered to Instagram models, but it's genuinely a great gym. A public transport stop is just a few meters away. There’s a safe space to lock up a bike or borrow/return a Nextbike. The staff is friendly & helpful. The locker rooms are clean and smell-free, with no annoying deposit required for locks. There's ample space and equipment for intense workouts with barbells in racks, as well as a variety of well-maintained machines, kettlebells, resistance bands, bosu balls, plyo boxes, boxing bags, a cardio area, and more. It truly has everything for everyone. Post-workout, there's plenty of room to stretch, plus a sauna and relaxation room.
5 stars despite it can get crowded in the afternoon and has been difficult to book a body analysis. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the space well thought of and taken care of. Multisport friendly. Looking forward to the new space in kaštanova!
A relativelly small fitness, but with all you need, from different machines, weights , treadmills and so on ... to a space for training with your own body... and also a room for different group trainings ... so you can actually find the best match for you, because kf that diversity it never felt overcrowded. It is very clean (one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, I have seen in Brno) with a nice staff. The sauna is a very nice touch after the workout :)
I don't usually post reviews for the gyms, but today (at Halloween), the team of Energy Fitness really outdid themselves! The gym was spookily decorated, yummy desserts were offered at the reception and there was an actual DJ (I wish that can be permanent)! And I don't know if it was a Halloween thing or not, but the sauna (which this gym also has!), was much better/hotter and even had some citrus aroma. Nice job! Overall it's a great gym with professional staff, a pleasant atmosphere, and lots of equipment for every type of workout! Thx!
