I would like to share my experience with this company: we recently took over an apartment from the previous tenants in an absolutely disastrous condition - very dirty. I contacted AA SHINE cleaning services. They were absolutely amazing, professional, fast. They were incredibly helpful. They cleaned the apartment up incredibly well, it was beautiful. Thank you very much for that.

The company and the owner's behavior are a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to me. I arranged a big cleaning date a month in advance. I confirmed the date 3 times, the last time the day before. 15 minutes after the arrival date, the company was nowhere to be found. I called to see what was going on. Only 30 minutes after the date did I get information that their car was broken and that they were looking for a solution. No one communicated with me further, in the afternoon I started cleaning myself and tried to call again. At 5 pm I succeeded. The owner just told me that "we are human and it happens" and that it would simply be another time. I cleaned the apartment for the most part myself and so I gave the tenant the company's contact information to arrange a date that the company apologized and would come to clean the things that I lacked the equipment for. The tenant arranged another date on Thursday. On Thursday, the company did not arrive and claimed that they had an appointment until next week on Thursday. So I thought they would be careful. But the next week, on Thursday, the tenant calls, saying that no one came, no one heard back, and that they no longer feel like talking to the company. Do you understand - the company arranges a date and then, without saying a word, does not come? I called the owner, at the beginning I said who I was and asked why they did not come. The owner fell silent. He really did not say another word and waited for me to hang up the phone. After a minute, I hung up the phone and have not called since. Huge disappointment. I gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake, but they still failed. They did not know how to inform in advance that they had a problem. They did not know how to say - we will not come. They do not know how to face the problem. They kept me in the wrong at least 2 times that they would fix their problem and then chose the path of ignorance and turned their backs on their mistake. This is the absolute worst approach I have experienced in the last 10 years. The owner is completely incompetent. The company disappointed me in every way, including the human aspect. My recommendation: never pay this company in advance. And if the cleaning date is important to you, avoid them completely. I can't rate the quality of the cleaning because they never came and the problems they caused me with their behavior are truly priceless.

I ordered cleaning of a 6+kk cottage and I was really pleasantly surprised. Everything went exactly as agreed – they arrived on time, prepared, no delays. The work was done carefully, in detail, including places that are usually forgotten. Everything was perfectly clean, no dust or smudges, just professionals. I also appreciate the communication – fast and without unnecessary delay. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for reliable cleaning without worries.

I confirm Mr. Nosek's disappointment as a tenant. I arranged with the company for an alternative date on Thursday in two weeks (they couldn't before). I waited, took HIM so that I could be home. No one came or called, after I called I learned that we had an appointment for Thursday next week (it sounded like a terrible mistake to me, because I was sitting by the calendar during the previous appointment, but OK, maybe I really was wrong). So they were supposed to arrive yesterday. No one showed up, no one called. I guess there's nothing more to say.
