I hardly ever write reviews, but I just have to here. This was my first time using UMAN and definitely not my last. Everything was just perfect, from arranging the cleaning to the billing. The cleaning focused on washing the windows and I have probably never seen windows this clean. Windows, frames, blinds, window sills... everything was just perfect. Both ladies worked quickly and VERY carefully. Choosing UMAN was a great decision. Thank you very much and I wish you many satisfied clients.
18.02. I had a general cleaning of the house ordered, two employees came for 5 hours, the cleaning looked like if I did it myself, nothing special, there were stains on the floor, there was a dirty drain in the sink, the window sills were not wiped, they wiped my TV with a dirty rag, the smudges were bigger than when they arrived, but they did not wipe the top of the TV, there was dust left there, they invoiced 5 and a half thousand without VAT for this entire service and after complaining I was offered to come and finish the cleaning on Saturday, after refusing I was offered a 15% discount and I will not mention that my cat almost ran away because of me, I do not recommend it and I will definitely never use their services again.
Quality work. From the initial phone call to order the service to the final handover of the apartment after the work was done. I ordered the services as a FO, I recommend the company to others interested in quality cleaning.
