The company arbitrarily added a note to the manufacturer's manual that the purchased device should not be used between 1.10. - 31.3. We were not informed of this fact before installation, during installation or after installation. The manual was never delivered to us and only at the time of the complaint did the company 81 Klima dismiss us with a comment that this was a manufacturer's recommendation, which was not true and the manufacturer confirmed to us in writing that they had nothing like that in the manual. In addition, the company 81 Klima invoiced us almost 6000 CZK for the technician's visit to an unrecognized complaint. Furthermore, please everyone check the prices offered, because in our case we only found out later that the purchased product was several times more expensive than the price recommended by the manufacturer. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
Very good service and overall interaction They did an extraordinary job to hide pipes and cables and the installation looks really good. They were also asking many questions during installation so that everything they do is OK with us.
Based on a professional consultation with a technician including an installation drawing, I agreed to change from a multiset to 3 separate units. The price with a cheap unit and service was a nice surprise. The agreed installation date was met, the installation on the roof went without any problems, including cleaning and waste removal by David Juran. Handover of working air conditioning units by a technician, invoicing and payment without any problems. I recommend using their air conditioning implementation services.
Two other companies failed to come up with an air conditioning solution for our office. For these guys it was no problem at all. Warmly recommended. Not giving five stars just because their selection of unit manufacturers is limited.
