From design to implementation, absolute satisfaction. We are extremely satisfied with the installation of air conditioning units (3+1). Experienced technicians who know how to handle things, have a decent demeanor and take care of cleanliness throughout the implementation. The company met all our requirements and it was a pleasure to cooperate.

Very much satisfied with the services offered by Topr Klima. Truly professional approach, great communication (yes, even in English, which is rare in Brno market) and incredibly fast and efficient installation of the system. I recommend dealing with Mr. Vlahovic, very nice guy, but their whole team deserves praise.

I spent nearly a month looking for a company to install air-conditioning in my flat. After many disappointments, including a company that decided to change the discount price as I was about to pay, I luckily came across TOPR Klima. From the very first communications with Mr Vlachovič I realised that TOPR Klima were the company for me. The reviews on Google seemed great and are clearly genuine (unlike many competitors). First of all I sincerely appreciate that TOPR Klima were willing to communicate in English. We discussed various ideas on the power requirements needed, which brands and models might be suitable, along with the best plan for the installation. TOPR Klima were the only company that i contacted that answered all of the questions that I had asked about the installation (including the various demands that my SVJ had made in order to agree to the installation). The two gentlemen that came to complete the installation turned up on time, were friendly, asked me exactly where I wanted the units, covered everything thoroughly to prevent dust issues and got to work. (Again I seriously appreciate the willingness to communicate in English). I genuinely couldn’t have wished for more. They both worked really hard, and the end result is amazing. I didn’t expect that there would barely be any trace of all of the drilling and work that was done. One extra thing I have to thank them for is the fact that I have two cats. They carefully made sure that the doors were always closed so that they couldn’t escape. It’s a small thing but I appreciated it a lot, especially as it turned out that one of the guys has a cat allergy. I don’t usually write reviews that are this long but i genuinely think that TOPR Klima are amazing, thoroughly professional and will recommend them to anyone that I know that wants air conditioning. Thanks to all of you at TOPR Klima for an amazing customer experience (including Renata who made me smile with her email that mentioned my accidental Czech language mistake.) :)

I chose this company based on a personal recommendation and Google reviews. My experience can only confirm the reviews because Mr. Vytopil and all of his colleagues, which I have encountered, are professionals. Their attitude and behavior is a perfect example of a pro-customer orientation, which is sadly deeply lacking in Czechia. The whole process of preparation and installation of the unit was smooth. I received all the information that I needed, and I was not forced to choose any specific solution as I always got several options from which I could choose. The technicians were very friendly, talkative, and, most importantly, clean. I think they left my flat cleaner than it was before :)
