Adrian and his team are completely unprofessional, with no time management or sense of responsibility. He promised to finish the work by 30th September, even after being informed well in advance about our Diwali celebrations and family visiting from India, but kept delaying it. His work has no finishing or detailing, and we constantly had to push him to get things done. We also paid him separately for the renovation, paint job, sink, and furniture installation, yet he never provided any receipts for materials. There was no accountability for materials, and he even took away leftover items without informing us. When we asked him to return them, he never did — which made the renovation go over budget. Work started on 18th August, and he kept changing dates — 3rd Oct, 7th Oct, then none at all. Would not recommend Adrian or his team for any big projects.
Highly recommended! He came at 9 am on a Sunday at a last minute request because I urgently needed to have curtain hooks installed. He was very friendly and did a good and quick job. Thank you!
