I asked the notary for help with an inheritance that was very carelessly handled by her predecessor, after whom she took over the notary office. Since it was apparently not a lucrative matter, she sent me a message that she would no longer deal with it and did not even pick up the phone. Customer satisfaction or a pro-client approach is not a priority at this office. If they create a legal mess, it will be up to you to get out of it yourself. If you have the opportunity, definitely contact another notary office. Added with the result of the proceedings: The notary spent a lot of time explaining why something is not working, but then I thought I would write to the Commercial Register to have them correct the incorrect and outdated information in the content for which they are responsible - and lo and behold, everything was corrected within a few weeks - why didn't the notary advise me on this, when she should know this?? Let everyone answer this for themselves before coming for advice and help.
You can 100% rely on the notary office of Mgr. Věrná. Not only were we notified of irregularities by another notary, but all the tasks we dealt with in this office were explained and completed quickly and efficiently. In addition, Mgr. I came across this notary's office by chance when I encountered appalling behavior at the post office regarding a certified copy. So now we only go here and I am very satisfied, it is fast, the ladies there are very nice and the parking is a big plus.
