Working with Mr. Peřinka and Mr. Kislenka was a very bad experience for us. When you move into an apartment, the broker doesn't show up at all, nothing is fixed, and the handover protocol is not signed. However, when you move out, they immediately start accusing you of leaving a mess and things in the apartment - even though they belong to another tenant who is staying there. They also claim that something is damaged, even though the condition was never officially recorded. When we arrived, we also took over the apartment in a dirty state, with things from previous tenants. We had been cleaning and repairing the apartment at our own expense for four years. When we decided to move, this situation occurred - and on top of that, the owners didn't want to refund our money for a month. In the end, the so-called "repair costs" came out exactly the amount we had paid as a deposit, and on top of that, the owner "asked" for an additional payment for management services. We had a problem with the boiler for several months. We kept sending photos, boiler model and descriptions of the problems, but no one could solve the situation. One repairman sent us to Kislenka, who referred us to another repairman and so on. When we left, Mr. Peřinka just said that they had no record of any problems. Overall, we got the impression that the communication and problem solving were very unprofessional and instead of helping, the client would rather be blamed. We do not recommend working with this company.

Jan was very reliable. He responded to reported problems in the flats rapidly. The actions were taken fast. Contributive suggestions were given as well. Everything went well. Highly recommended.

I have been living in Czech Republic for many years and I can say that Alma is the real estate company from which I received the best services. Mr. Kislenko was at any time available to do improvements in the flats when the tenants asked for, without charging us, as being part of Alma services; fixing things, replacing and buying furniture when asked, fixing and replacing washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaners, etc within very few days once asked and again for free, as part of Alma services. He was very supportive at any time when we needed help in the flats. I lived in 2 flats, and when I decided to change, I preferred to do it through Alma simply because Mr. Kislenko proved as a very reliable and trustworthy person.I was always happy with Alma. Mr. Kislenko is a very reasonable person, a real estate agent that respects his clients, the tenants and their needs. We could call him at any time we needed something with tthe flat and he was fast in solving any issue. Based on my experience,I highly recommend Alma to foreigners. It is the most reliable real estate agency from my long experience in Czech Republic and I dealt with many. More, even when the owner of a flat decided to do some restructuring and had to change flat, Mr. Kislenko showed a lot of availability for us to offer an alternative for the same quality and price. I warmly recommend Alma to foreigners.

Jan Kislenko is a very unreasonable person that will enforce the letter of the contract when he needs to. I don't recommend doing business with him or his reality firm.
