I am glad that I chose Bohemian Estates to rent our apartment. I would like to appreciate the professional and at the same time very pleasant approach of everyone I dealt with during the process. Mr. Ziga guided me through the entire procedure up to signing the contract and it was thanks to his approach that I decided to entrust the rental of our apartment to Bohemian Estates. Mr. Janda and I managed the handover protocol without any problems and I handle all further communication with Ms. Vágnerová. Everything went smoothly, naturally and with maximum willingness. I will definitely stay with Bohemian Estates.

I would like to recommend Bohemian Estates International, s.r.o. (from the landlord's perspective) The agreement with Mr. Vojtěch Zig is great, everything always works. He and his colleagues do their job really well. The apartment was rented quickly, under the conditions we agreed on. I appreciate the company's cooperation with all parties (owners' association, water and electricity meters, heating engineers, etc.). Whatever is needed for the apartment from the administration point of view, the company will arrange it. I am very satisfied.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Zig and Mr. Richard Janda for their professionalism and fair approach. Nowadays, it is really rare to meet people for whom a given word has the same weight as a legal contract. With them, it was always possible to discuss everything calmly, find a reasonable compromise and reach an honest solution. Such a level of trust, responsibility and approach to the client is truly a great rarity today. I will contact them again without hesitation if necessary.

Update: Contacted by Bohemian Estates about my issues, and though I no longer rent to confirm changes, we have discussed their change of staff and was given sincere apologies (as well as some actions taken to alleviate past deposit issues.) "Forgot" to return our deposit despite signing to a due date and a timely reminder, after our agreed deadline and demanding the signed late fee the deposit was finally paid. Tactically incompetent when convenient. Additionally tried to argue they'd like to buy new rugs due to regular wear, from said deposit, they're clearly versed in law and know this is illegal; as they dropped it when I mentioned this. No transparancy about fixed electro/water prices (legal but sus) Owner, when delivering a washing machine replacement, was asked to wait for 2m so tenants could get dressed when arriving early, but simply unlocked the door and marched in. (Illegal, interesting client base they take on.) Refused to sort recurring internet issues with the owner, promised a floor fix on initial handover that never happened because "it would cost a lot to rent the machine and the whole floor would need replacing", we gracefully tolerated this not to sour the arrangement from the start but once again, professional realtors naive about real estate repairs... possibly pretending when convenient, you may choose which is worse (I can't).

We made a big move from Canada to Brno this summer and Vojtěch Zigo was extremely helpful, udnerstanding, and curteous during the entire process. From day 1, when we first enquired about the apartment, Vojtěch was happy to answer any and all questions we had. He was super understanding about the time it takes to transfer money internaltionally as well. When we finally came to take posession of our apartment, he was here every step of the way with the meeting with the landlord. Vojtěch was a great help with the little bit of a language barrier we had with the landlord. Our experience was great, and it was all thanks to Vojtěch.
