I can only recommend her! Ms. Poláchová has everything you expect from a real estate agent: she is reliable and fast. Which are the most important qualities in a real estate agent. She will rent/sell your property in a short time and under pre-determined conditions. And on top of that, she has a helpful and friendly approach. I am glad that I can always turn to her with peace of mind and confidence. And you can too ;)
We have had several experiences with Ms. Poláchová, who took care of renting a property for us. Always with maximum commitment, a professional approach and exemplary speed. One day you are slapping, the next day videos of the interior are being shot, which she then promotes and shares herself, and in no time at all tours and rentals are taking place. I highly recommend it!
I would like to thank the real estate agency Real Home Partners s.r.o., especially Ms. Renáta Poláchová, for their professional services in the sale of my apartment. The entire sale took place without my personal participation, because I was abroad. Everything was handled very quickly, without any complications and at a high professional level. Ms. Poláchová also helped me with the transcription of the tenants' contracts in the apartment and provided all the necessary documentation. This is the second property that I have sold with the help of Ms. Poláchová, and again I was extremely satisfied. I appreciate not only the speed and organization of the entire process, but also the excellent communication, reliability and price for which the property was sold. Everything was always prepared on time and without worries. I can warmly recommend the services of Ms. Renáta Poláchová. I myself regularly recommend her to my friends and I am also writing this review so that others know who they can turn to with confidence.
Working with broker Renata Poláchová was a completely professional and at the same time very pleasant experience for me from start to finish. She helped me not only with the sale of my property, but also with the subsequent purchase of a new one, and the whole process went smoothly, without unnecessary complications and stress. I really appreciate her promptness and willingness - she responded to messages and phone calls almost immediately and was always ready to solve any question or situation. I also appreciate her active approach in dealing with unexpected circumstances, when she was able to quickly find an effective solution and bring everything to a successful end. I felt confident throughout that everything was under control and that my interests came first. Her professionalism, experience and human approach were a huge support for me in such an important step in life. I can recommend Ms. Renata Poláchová with a clear conscience to anyone looking for a reliable, active and empathetic broker who they can fully rely on.
Real Home Partners – 1★ (call for vigilance) Unfortunately, my experience with this real estate agency is that it can be very “agile” – but in practice it meant pressure, time pressure and pushing the boundaries of fair communication. The advertisement was selling an “apartment”, the reality was a non-residential unit (apartment) and the essential parameters differed from the advertised version. In retrospect, I perceive this as a fundamental discrepancy between the advertised reality and reality. The process was carried out under strong pressure. I paid the purchase price in advance (before the due date) because I was repeatedly pressured into taking quick steps with arguments of follow-up deals. The agency obviously “didn’t like” chaining multiple transactions at once and instead of calmly managing the process, the stress was transferred to the buyer. Added to this was the fact that the condition and "completeness" of what I actually received did not correspond to the expectations created by the advertisement - I believed that the real estate agency would confront this. It did not happen. I also consider it important that the Czech Trade Inspection investigated the real estate agency's actions in the matter and described the conclusions, which (in my opinion) cannot be ignored. Nevertheless, to this day, the real estate agency has not commented on the CTIA's findings, nor has it shown any willingness to meet and conclude the matter objectively. Moreover, MUDr. Lepka describes the same practices in his communication / submission - so it is not just "my feeling", but a recurring pattern of behavior. I do not want to drag individuals from the other side of the transaction into this. Some things about the handover made me humanly sad (including regarding some things in the apartment), but I do not want to name anyone - and honestly: I perceive the responsibility for a professional, transparent and calm process primarily at the level of the real estate agency. My appeal is simple: admit the mistake, stop playing "who against whom" and come to a normal agreement. Real Home Partners still has the opportunity to speak up, propose a fair solution and put things in order. If that happens, I am ready to reconsider and update my position and steps. Until then, however, I recommend maximum vigilance: verify the use of the unit, the final inspection, ownership relations, commission, sanctions in the reservation contract and do not let yourself be pressured into signing and paying "because of the chain". The meaning of life is not to spend it in anger - but it is also not normal to spend it endlessly solving problems that did not have to arise. I am still open to negotiations, but not indefinitely.
