ACROSS HOME s.r.o.

I dealt with renting an apartment with Mr. Prat and I was very satisfied. Everything went smoothly and quickly. I appreciate the professional and at the same time human approach. I can only recommend it.

We have already dealt with several properties with Mr. Prát, both for sale and for rent. I definitely recommend him and will use his services again in the future. Professional communication, client approach, professional knowledge, proactivity, help and support in solving the entire business case beyond the scope of standard services. This is exactly what the work of a professional real estate agent should look like, whom you can rely on and trust.

I highly recommend Mr. Stejskal's services, overall we have only had positive experiences. We have found a rental through him twice. Professional dealings, always a quick response. Once we resolved a dispute with the owner regarding a non-draining waste, when he stood up for us, resolved the situation and calmed us down. We do not know of any real estate agent who would do this. When we were looking for a rental again, we first tried without a real estate agent, but the matter is not as simple as it seems at first glance and you can get into problems that you would not expect. After that, we had unpleasant experiences with another real estate agent. We are really glad that we met Mr. Stejskal. In case we were looking for real estate services again, we will go straight to him, we recommend the same to others. You will save yourself a lot of worries.

Mr. Stejskal is a true professional. His manner is very polite and calm, and above all, he has a personal interest in ensuring that the entire transaction is to the satisfaction of all parties involved. He is very helpful and friendly, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. Thank you!

He helped me with everything, especially because I just arrived in the Czech Republic. He is very professional and helpful and I totally recommend him as agent and the agency itself
