Spolupráce s realitní kanceláří byla naprosto bezproblémová. Řešil jsem přes Vás prodej mého bytu, i pořízení nové nemovitosti. Obojí proběhlo hladce a bez komplikací. Přístup kanceláře a zejména pana Vlčka byl seriózní, profesionální, pan Vlček včas reagoval na mé dotazy a návrhy a celkově komunikace probíhala v obou případech na výbornou. Oceňuji i rychlost, s jakou jste dokázali moji nemovitost prodat. Děkuji za spolupráci a mohu všem Vaše služby jenom doporučit.

We bought an apartment with the office and were very satisfied. We would especially like to highlight the professional approach of the broker M. Vlček, who was very helpful, communicative and helped us with everything.

Complete satisfaction with the services of this real estate agency, and especially the broker Mr. Měsíček. What we agreed on always applied, if something needed to be resolved, for example, even during the weekend, he always responded quickly and helpfully and I would say even beyond the scope of his duties. He helped us both with the sale of the apartment and subsequently with the purchase of the house, where he represented us as a broker and coordinated the entire process so that everything ran smoothly. The entire sale and subsequent purchase took place in a pleasant atmosphere and at the same time professionally.

I contacted one of their agents to rent apartment and scheduled a tour with him and sent my friend to show me video tour (as agreed with the agent) because I wasn't in the city. Me and my wife liked the apartment so I told the agent my feedback and waited the owner response. The owner said it's OK to start preparing contract and choose me. Then the agent told me that the owner changed his mind and said no. Their agent asked me to send him my preferences to find me another apartment. I choose one of their published apartments to have a tour. It was with another agent and it's when nightmare started. To schedule a tour, he told me I will call you on Monday to schedule a tour. He didn't call me and I sent him email, he replied that he will call me on Tuesday which never happened. Then he sent me email (no calls) that he was out of city on Tuesday without call and found that he doesn't have my phone so he couldn't call me and asked me for a tour in the same day (Wednesday). I agreed and I saw the apartment through video toyr again but it wasn't good. I sent him email that I didn't like the apartment but I saw you recently published good apartment, can I see it. He never replied again. Also I sent email to the company itself asking how to escalate an issue that I have with of their agents (When the second agent continued postponing the tour schedule), and the company support never replied to my email. So the summary is: 1. Their agents don't respect their clients. 2. The company doesn't care about their clients issues. 3. Their rent offers anyway more expensive than the most of offers in the market (But I was dealing with them because I heard that Century21 is a global company so I thought they will provide me excellent service but this wasn't the case)

Unprofessional. It seems that they don't understand how to run a successful business - choosing instead to waste the time of people looking to buy properties and deny those selling the opportunity of getting buyers to compete. I strongly suggest that someone at their office picks up an introductory textbook to economics.
