I rented an apartment from September last year until the end of September this year, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and perfectly located in the city centre, making it very convenient and accessible. Throughout my stay, Lukáš Fryč from Czech Point 101 was incredibly professional and responsive. Whenever I had any questions or minor concerns, he always replied promptly and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. I really appreciated the high level of service and the overall smooth rental experience. I was doing apartment hunting on sreality.cz and found an apartment offered by czechpoint101, sent an email and received a reply the soonest possible. Based on experience in Czech Republic, you can hardly find a company writing to you calling by your name. Most will just write and say “hi, hello” without calling you by your name, but people from Czechpoint101 call you by your name which makes ur email so personalised and very kind. I see people from this agency do have great customer service and email etiquettes. I had got an email from 2 different people from this agency and both called me by my name and both were super nice. I would like to personally appreciate Lukáš Fryč as he was kind enough to still want to show me an apartment even though I had told him that I’m not too sure that I will take the apartment, he still proactively offered to view it. I find that going the extra mile. If there are real estate agent like Lukáš, all foreigners will be so happy, satisfied and will feel being cared for. Actually I did not continue with viewing this apartment due to change of plans but the help and interest that Lukáš showed was worth a review. The first impression was exceptional. I can only recommend!
