We have now completed a year and a quarter of cooperation with Mr. Kuchař, which led us to our dream house. It involved the purchase and completion of an unfinished property, the sale of an apartment and the sale of a building plot. These three operations were linked in time and financially and required quite precise coordination. Mr. Kuchař managed everything excellently, within the agreed deadlines and agreed price limits. He was also available to us throughout and supported us beyond the scope of his activities as a real estate agent (for example, meetings with the developer of the building and pressure to complete the construction work on time, introductions to neighbors, etc.). He had a helpful, professional and proactive approach throughout. I especially appreciate that we were not pressured into anything during the entire time and at the same time received information about everything that was happening. I have had several experiences with real estate agencies in the past, but none can match this one. I definitely recommend them with all ten!!!

Although we originally wanted to sell the property without a real estate agent, we are glad that we used the Open Reality service. We also received the price we requested for the property. All fees were paid by the buyer, who was aware of this fact. The best thing was that the OR did not immediately force us into any exclusive contract, we could continue to offer the property outside of real estate channels among acquaintances on our own until a serious interested party was found by the OR. Mr. Kuchař and Mrs. Lederová from the OR nevertheless provided professional service, took photos of the property, prepared a virtual tour, and listed it on the main real estate servers. Cooperation with them was great, pleasant behavior and good communication. And in the end, they found a buyer. They arranged everything necessary from the pre-purchase agreement, purchase agreement, transfer to the cadastre, including notary services. We got what we wanted, the OR arranged everything necessary. Without a real estate agent, it would certainly have been more difficult for us. We are glad that we accepted their non-binding and fair offer.

September - December 2022: After a previous positive experience selling an apartment in 2021, we again entrusted the sale of a property, this time a cottage in the Jeseníky Mountains, to the OPENREALITY real estate agency and its broker, Mr. Radek Kuchař. I was confirmed that OPENREALITY and Mr. Kuchař, through their professional and at the same time human approach, are and in the future, if the opportunity arises, will again be my guides in the sale/purchase of a property.
