I would like to point out in advance that I am not the kind of person who enjoys writing reviews, but I have to write this one. Some time ago, my ex-partner and I wanted to sell a house for personal reasons, a new building with a relatively high value exceeding 11 million crowns. We said to ourselves, why spend money on an intermediary, a real estate agency, when we can sell the house ourselves through a real estate portal. So we published the ad, added a photo gallery, but no one called us even after a month of advertising. This surprised us a lot, because the house was very nice and the price was adequate compared to other properties for sale in the area. Should we be worried about buying such an expensive house without the support of a real estate and independent law firm? But since we were in a hurry to sell and no offers were coming in, I decided to ask friends for any experience with a real estate agency. A friend of mine was selling an apartment in Brno some time ago and because he praised the real estate agent Mr. Pohajda very highly, who, according to him, was a real pro and sold the apartment very quickly, I decided to try calling him too. Mr. Pohajda from the PK real estate agency came to us, listened to our requirements and informed us about the progress of the sale. The meeting was very nice, we learned all the scenarios that could occur and the circumstances if we wanted to withdraw from the sale through the agency. The conditions were very good and Mr. Pohajda's approach was professional, so we immediately agreed. Mr. Pohajda arranged professional photography, an outdoor presentation using a drone and also had a 3D visualization created in an empty room of the new building for a better imagination. We also agreed on the price of the property being sold at the same level as we were selling it ourselves. I was worried about this only after the experience that no one responded to the advertisement. This fear of the high price disappeared after the first day of visiting, when Mr. Pohajda announced that he had two serious interested parties, which sounded unbelievable to me. I thought that the property would be sold for months. The first interested party agreed to the terms of sale and through legal services and attorney's escrow, we sold the house. Mr. Pohajda informed us by phone about every move in the legal process, attorney's escrow and basically we didn't have to worry about anything. So everything went very well and I have to highly appreciate the services of Mr. Pohajda's real estate agency and I am not afraid to recommend him. Under normal circumstances, I would not have written this review, but because I needed advice in a difficult situation with another property, I tried to call Mr. Pohajda for expert advice and he very willingly provided me with help without having any interest or commission in the sale of the property with which the problem occurred. This has confirmed to me that he is a true professional who does not forget about his clients and can advise even when there is no business to be had. That is why I will recommend him with a clear conscience every time someone asks me "Hey, I need to sell an apartment, buy a house, do you know of anyone?" This is my experience in a few sentences.
