I found Solar Bryka on the internet because it was located close to my home for possible service and overall flexibility, if "something" happened. What a surprise it was when it turned out to be a lucky choice. Communication was top-notch from the start. The meeting directly with the owner was great, he explained everything to me as a layman, and in my request he recommended making changes that ultimately saved me money and increased performance. They didn't want any deposit, the contract was simple without the need to change anything. The installation was quick, the training was a bit rushed, but additional questions were always answered quickly. The subsidy and all paperwork were without a single mistake, I didn't have to worry about anything. That's how I imagine it. By the way. Of the 4 companies I asked about, only 2 still exist after 6 months. So if you don't want to lose your money and be sure, go to Solar Bryka, you're not risking anything.
The photovoltaics that the company installed for me are working without any problems. Most importantly, they took care of everything necessary for me, from the administration to processing subsidies, all the necessary permits, etc. It is always possible to agree on everything and they are nice guys who solve everything positively. And what is important, they did not want to pay a single cent up front. Everything after connecting and commissioning the photovoltaics. Regards Papadamakis Radim Hello, I would like to share one piece of news: This month, May 2024, I received an electricity bill. From November to April for 5 whole months. For each month, I received a fine for unauthorized energy transfers back to the grid. I immediately contacted the installation company Solár Bryka to see if they could help me and solve an insoluble problem for me. The next day, they willingly came, physically checked everything and put everything in order. The fault was the bad software sent by the manufacturer. They overrode the new software. They paid the entire fine for energy overruns, which I, as an end customer, could not pay myself. I would like to thank them for their professional approach. From the first meeting with a representative of Solar Bryka, it was clear to me that this company was the right one to implement photovoltaics with. I am glad that I made this decision. Everything went according to agreement. 14 days after signing the contract for the work, the implementation took place within two days. After the handover of the work, the entire order was paid off by the company, no deposits. The employees of this company did a great job, everything was in perfect order. This applies to everything, from the first day I visited the company's office for a consultation. All communication was always at a high level and very pleasant. The subsidy was processed quickly and without delay. I know what I'm talking about, I have the opposite experience with another company. I will also specify that the installed panels heat 500 l of water.
The installation of the panels and equipment from your company was quick and without any serious problems. This installation took place in about February 2023, but to this day we are not connected due to the very sluggish approach of EGD, without which it is impossible to connect. Their activity in checking that the equipment can be connected is about 20 minutes. With such a large time load, it is not surprising that we do not have a connection to this day, so we do not use anything. For this reason, I would probably see a better option to have the equipment installed by EON, because EGD is their branch, so it would probably be faster.
