Firmu Solar Bryka jsem si našel na internetu díky jejímu působení kousek od mého bydliště z důvodu případného servisu a celkové pružnosti, kdyby "něco". Jaké bylo mé překvapení, když se ukázalo, jak šťastná volba to byla. Už od začátku byla komunikace na jedničku. Schůzka přímo s majitelem byla skvělá, vše mi jako laikovi vysvětlil, v mé poptávce doporučil udělat i změny, které mi nakonec ušetřili peníze a zvedly výkon. Nechtěli žádnou zálohu, smlouva byla jednoduchá bez nutnosti cokoliv měnit. Instalace proběhla rychle, školení bylo trošku na fofr, ale dodatečné dotazy vždy rychle zodpovězeny. Dotace a veškeré papírování bylo bez jediné chybičky, nemusel jsem se o nic starat. Tak si to představuju. Mimochodem. Ze 4 poptaných firem po 6 měsících existují už jen 2. Pokud tedy nechcete přijít o své peníze a mít jistotu, jděte do Solar Bryka, nic neriskujete.

For each month, I received a fine for unauthorized energy transfers back to the grid. I immediately contacted the installation company Solár Bryka to see if they could help me and solve an insoluble problem for me. The next day, they willingly came, physically checked everything and put everything in order. The fault was the bad software sent by the manufacturer. They overrode the new software. They paid the entire fine for energy overruns, which I, as an end customer, could not pay myself. I would like to thank them for their professional approach. From the first meeting with a representative of Solar Bryka, it was clear to me that this company was the right one to implement photovoltaics with. I am glad that I made this decision. Everything went according to agreement. 14 days after signing the contract for the work, the implementation took place within two days. After the handover of the work, the entire order was paid off by the company, no deposits. The employees of this company did a great job, everything was in perfect order. This applies to everything, from the first day I visited the company's office for a consultation. All communication was always at a high level and very pleasant. The subsidy was processed quickly and without delay. I know what I'm talking about, I have the opposite experience with another company. I will also specify that the installed panels heat 500 l of water.

The installation of the panels and equipment from your company was quick and without any serious problems. This installation took place in about February 2023, but to this day we are not connected due to the very sluggish approach of EGD, without which it is impossible to connect. Their activity in checking that the equipment can be connected is about 20 minutes. With such a large time load, it is not surprising that we do not have a connection to this day, so we do not use anything. For this reason, I would probably see a better option to have the equipment installed by EON, because EGD is their branch, so it would probably be faster.
