We have completed the third property inspection with Mr. Ing. Reigle and we are always delighted with his work. He thoroughly checks both the property itself (from the basement to the attic), as well as the technical and outdoor elements on the property - connections to the water supply, sewage treatment plant, septic tank and more. He points out everything that needs to be repaired (whether immediately or in the future), assesses whether any cracks are of a static nature or are just cosmetic defects caused by the settlement of the building. He also focuses on heating, electrical installation, waste, roof (rafters, insulation, etc.), the quality of the materials used and whether everything is done in accordance with standards. In April 2026, based on his inspection, we decided not to buy one property, because putting it in order would mean a significant financial and time burden. I recommend Mr. Ing. Reigle to anyone who is buying a property (whether an apartment or a house). Thanks to its inspection, you can avoid purchasing a property in which you would subsequently have to invest unexpectedly large amounts, or, conversely, gain confidence that you know what you are getting into.

Mr. Reigl was very professional, helpful and thorough. We used him to inspect the advertised property and thanks to his experience and opinions we ended up not buying the property, which saved us a lot of time and money. Dealing with Mr. Reigl was quick and easy. I recommend him to everyone!

I have never met such a passionate person for the cause. You can see that he enjoys his work and that is reflected in the final result. The gentleman was not only a professional and was able to notice even the smallest details, but on the human side he is a nice and understanding guy. If someone is buying a property, you can be sure that if you invite Mr. Reigl, you know what you are getting into. I definitely recommend him and I wish you many satisfied clients. Thank you very much for everything!

We used the services of Mr. Reigl to inspect the new building before taking it over from the developer and it was clearly a great choice. He was meticulous, professional, thanks to his thorough inspection we discovered defects that we as laymen would have missed. The inspection report was clear, with clear recommendations, we had an excellent basis for negotiations with the developer. We also greatly appreciate the approach of Mr. Reigl, the communication was fast, helpful and everything went without unnecessary complications. Thanks to his work, we were sure that we were taking over the house in adequate quality, and therefore we recommend this service to anyone who is purchasing a new building. Gardáš

We were satisfied with Mr. Reigl. The agreement went smoothly, although it was difficult to coordinate the deadlines of all parties, especially the sellers. Mr. Reigl arrived with a list of points that caught his attention in the documentation sent, what he would like to focus on in more detail, what he would like to inform us about and what to recommend. He went through the entire property with us, pointed out construction deficiencies, and recommended corrective measures. At the end of the entire inspection, we made a recapitulation with an assessment of the whole, whether the property was in order and whether the price was adequate for the condition (some parts of the property are still under construction, unfinished).
