Disappointment. She wrote to me that she would send an offer the next day. That did not happen. After a week of waiting, I called and wrote again... to this day they have not called. They do not answer the phone, do not respond to SMS. It would be enough to say, we do not have capacity.

Disappointment. A simple replacement of a cracked door hinge turned into a several-month ordeal, at the end of which the company stopped communicating (which it did not do during the process) and did not complete the order.

In a word, a TOP company. The communication with the lady who takes orders is great, even though I called quite late in the evening. The next morning, a craftsman arrived and repaired the balcony door, explained everything, and for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much.
