Disappointment and ultimately negative experience with this store. I bought a replacement "original" seal for the safety valve of a pressure cooker from them last year, but after 2 uses it started to fall apart (apparently it doesn't like the heat and pressure). The complaint was not accepted, allegedly I damaged it myself by unprofessional assembly (installation). But I know for sure that this definitely didn't happen. I'm not crazy enough to knowingly operate a pressure cooker with a damaged valve. The defect only became apparent after 2 uses. Supposedly a WMF original... Mushrooms, 99.9% just a cheap Chinese shunt for a few CZK, proudly passed off as a German original, delivered without accompanying papers in a box of strawberry-flavored condoms (the condoms were perhaps the only original that the box had ever seen). It's not about the few crowns you wasted on a piece of junk, but rather the fact that with their irresponsible approach, these guys can cause you a lot of trouble at home, and few people want to gamble with a piece of crap in their own kitchen. I'm not saying that this has to be the case with all the products they sell, but I got burned and I'll definitely never buy from here again. I already have the original (2 pcs) from somewhere else, the difference between the products is only noticeable in the color.
A gentleman came to diagnose our Eta dryer - he came by appointment, asked if we were home, and straight away said that the motor was beyond repair, the repair would be more expensive if we didn't buy a new one, and took the old one away after consultation. When asked what washing machines were good, he gave his opinion and certainly his experience. When I asked him to look at the Eta washing machine, he did so, and when we were choosing a new dryer, we chose a different brand. Next time, if there are any problems, we will call the same gentleman and the same service that was with us, if we consider buying it, we will go straight to you. Thank you very much for everything, great satisfaction, humanity, patience and willingness.
For me, the experience with the store was very positive. I appreciate the willingness to resolve the complaint immediately after purchasing the goods. Even though I could have simply returned the goods within 14 days without giving a reason, that would not have solved my problem. It was a specific complaint, and the fault was on the side of the production process, but despite this, the entire procedure was handled quickly, transparently and professionally. Communication was fast without unnecessary excuses and the approach was helpful. Thank you
A very good experience for me! I called for advice on whether the tank for our coffee machine would be compatible with my coffee machine and the young lady was very pleasant. She found out everything, confirmed it and sent it quickly. So thank you very much for your approach and willingness to the customer and for having the goods for so little money! Thank you very much!
