I can only recommend, buying a washing machine from a service company is worth it, for the second time in years the service arrived overnight. Forget about the internet, support these companies and you have peace of mind. Thank you for today, solved.

Po domluvě z předchozího dne, kdy mi servisním technikem bylo sděleno, že si mám opravu sušičky domluvit následující den v rozmezí 8.00 až 14.00 h, jsem takto učinila. Bohužel jsem byla nemile překvapena nepříjemným, "otráveným", způsobem komunikace stran tohoto údajně "profesionála". Takového člověka bych si rozhodně domů nikdy nepustila.

After six years of operation, our AEG washer-dryer needed a deep cleaning of the dirt on the exchanger. I called on Wednesday and the nice lady/lady arranged a visit from a service technician for Friday of the same week. The technician (Mr. Troják) arrived on the agreed date, the work was done faster than expected, cleanly and at a very fair price. I would like to thank you for your help and very positive first contact with Strojmat Servis and its technician (I believe that other technicians also maintain such a standard) and if the need arises again, I will be happy to contact this company again.
