Tato firma byla rychlá, přesně udělali, co slíbili. Přijeli, opravili... vše v předem domluveném čase. Nemám jedinou výhradu. A ano, občas je třeba volat několikrát. Máme takřka veškeré spotřebiče Bosh. Bohužel na Liberecku je příšerný servis této značky. Hledali jsme tedy alternativní servis.
Telephone communication regarding the possibility of repairing the oven was absolutely professional and helpful - a great help, although without any profit for the company.
Unfortunately, it was terrible for us. First, we waited a month before the gentleman even took our cell phone. Then he wanted some information about the dishwasher, which we were supposed to give the next day. We called again for about 2 weeks, several times a day. When we finally got through, he wanted to send the address and a label… again, we are waiting 3 weeks before the gentleman even hears from us…
So I'll put this company on my fridge. I brought them a washer and dryer and they fixed both of them that same day. You can't just see that anymore.
Great approach, reliable communication. I can only recommend.
