In the studio of Ing. Arch. Lukáš, we had an architectural study of the reconstruction of a family house made. The resulting version exceeded our expectations, also thanks to the 3D visualization, thanks to which we had the opportunity to see the prepared solution 'with our own eyes' before the reconstruction began. The presentation of reality was so faithful that this exceptional experience convinced us that the proposed solution in its final version really corresponds to our ideas and needs. With time, we cannot imagine that we would have reached a final decision based only on the drawing documentation, which we are truly 100% convinced is correct. I even believe that this representation should be an integral part of the final phase of the emerging project. We thank Ing. Arch. Jiří Lukáš and his team for the high-quality work done on the project and for the unexpectedly inspiring experience with 3D virtual reality.
Young, creative and modern approach. Mr. Lukáš thinks about every detail. I also use Mr. Lukáš as a "construction supervisor" on a project, where he negotiates with me and the construction designer and together we keep the house the way we want it to look. Mr. Lukáš treats his projects almost like his children and his approach looks like that. I recommend it.
Thanks to Jiří, we got 200% more out of our house than we ever expected. He helped us with a complete, integrated interior concept. From colors, to flooring, to atypical joinery elements. Everything matches and, most importantly, works. Thanks to this, everything is better maintained and, most importantly, we have enough storage space. We live here (at home) much better.
