Absolute satisfaction. We visited the store in several stages, they always gave us their full attention and I must appreciate the willingness, patience and help of Mr. Rendek even over the phone and email. The installation itself went quickly and without any problems, there was a good agreement with the installers and they willingly shared information during and after the installation. After their departure, everything was left clean and beautiful doors were installed. After half a year of use, we have not recorded any problems, everything works as it should. Thanks to the entire CAG team for a good product and the experience during its purchase
I can only recommend the Liberec branch of CAG. Ms. Suková is great, she was always helpful and pleasant. The technician measured everything carefully, he even came twice, the openings needed to be adjusted, so he came a second time to check everything. The installation went without any problems, the doors fit and are beautiful. It is important to mention that the price of the atypical doors is very affordable compared to other companies.
For me, complete satisfaction. From the first email to the installation, everything went smoothly. A clearly agreed deadline that was met. A quality product, made to order exactly according to demand. The requested installation took place as agreed and the technician checked the installation several times before handing over the work.
First, I had four doors priced by JaP. The price of 380,000 shocked me. I understand the quality of workmanship, which the company certainly has, but I was looking for more practicality and functionality. I also came across CAG. In the end, three atypical doors for a quarter. Unfortunately, they couldn't make the fourth, 135 cm wide. They cost JaP as much as all 3 together. Great service, helpful, precise assembly. Thank you
I can recommend the company CAG - showroom in Liberec. I appreciate the helpful, professional and at the same time human approach of Mrs. J. Suková. She listened to my requirements and tried to find a solution that would meet my wishes (appearance and design of the door, harmonization with the space of the apartment) and at the same time respected my financial possibilities. I was very satisfied with both the work of the technician who came to measure, and with the assembly work of the technician who installed the door, namely Mr. J. Dvořák. A professional. Polite, skilled and helpful. He even dealt with minor construction defects. I am very happy with the door.
