Great dissatisfaction with the communication regarding the delivery date of the floor. At the end of April, we ordered the floor from the branch in Liberec, with the delivery date being approximately 4 weeks. When we started looking for the delivery date after 4 weeks, we were repeatedly promised that the floor would arrive at the warehouse soon, and most of the time the date was 3-4 days. The problem was that the date was postponed a total of 4 times, which meant that the floor installer had to change the date 4 times. The floor finally arrived after 7 weeks, and for us this meant a huge problem with moving into the house, where all that was left was to lay the floor. Four changes to the floor delivery date and a total three-week delay in delivery put us in a very unpleasant situation, with the moving date being delayed by at least a month, which causes additional costs. We can all understand that there can be delays in delivery, and we had a two-week reserve ready. The problem was that we were promised several times that everything would arrive within 3-4 days and when we wanted to check the situation after this period, we always called someone else. The employee told us that he would check the situation and then promised the same as his colleague and postponed the deadline again. The problem was that after each postponement of the deadline, we spoke to someone else. Unfortunately (except for the first meeting at the branch) there was a huge dissatisfaction with the communication.

Very top-notch store service. Mr. Petr is a professional, very satisfied. As for the selection and implementation of the floor laying, we are completely satisfied. Beautifully presented vinyl floors directly on the floor. As for the installation of the floor and staircase, everything turned out exactly as we imagined. We recommend this showroom to everyone with an excellent salesman and very helpful guys who performed the flooring work for us perfectly and responsibly.

They installed a new vinyl floor for me in the workshop and the result met my expectations. They helped me choose the right material according to the load of the space and explained the technical differences between the options. The staff was professional, helpful and responded quickly to questions. The work went without any complications and the floor looks good. Overall, a solid experience.

Beautiful store with a huge selection of floors presented directly on the floor. I couldn't find Viva Floors samples anywhere and the store presents them directly on the floor. Great and I recommend it
